Terms of Service
The service
Half API sells USD API credit for official models. You must be able to enter into a binding contract. Do not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, or to attack other systems.
Accounts and keys
API keys are secrets. You are responsible for usage on your keys. We may suspend accounts that evade billing, scrape, or resell in violation of upstream acceptable use.
Payments
Pay with USDT. Minimum top-up is $1. Payments are final once the gateway marks them complete. We do not reverse on-chain transfers. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
Availability
Service is provided as available. Upstream models, latency, and capacity can change.
